This Privacy Policy explains how Brady Leadership & Governance Group LLC ("BLGG," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit bradyleadership.com (the "Site"), contact us, engage our advisory services, or receive text messages from us.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Your name, title, organization, email address, mailing address and phone number when you email, call or text us, or when you become a client.
• Your mobile phone number and a record of your consent when you opt in to text messages (see our SMS Messaging Policy).
• Information you share with us during an engagement. Client confidential information is also governed by the confidentiality terms of your engagement agreement or NDA, which control if they conflict with this policy.

Information collected automatically

• The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels, and it has no account or login.
• Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time to deliver and secure the Site.
• The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when you view a page.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations.
• To deliver, manage and invoice advisory engagements.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive, such as scheduling confirmations, meeting reminders and engagement updates.
• To keep the Site secure and working, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages, we collect your mobile number, the date, time and method of your consent, and the content of messages exchanged. We use this information only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to honor opt-out requests. We use Twilio Inc. as our messaging provider; Twilio processes your number and message content on our behalf to deliver messages.

How we share information

We share personal information only:

• With service providers that work on our behalf and are bound to protect it, such as Cloudflare (website hosting), Twilio (text messaging), and our email, accounting and payment providers.
• With your consent or at your direction.
• When required by law, subpoena or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
• As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.

As stated above, mobile numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including the term of an engagement and any period required by law or our agreements. SMS consent records and opt-out requests are kept for as long as required to demonstrate compliance.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and multi-factor authentication on our business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

• You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing us.
• You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or opt out of email by asking us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor valid requests as the law requires.

Children

Our Site and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
