These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of bradyleadership.com (the "Site") and of text messages sent by Brady Leadership & Governance Group LLC ("BLGG," "we," "us"). By using the Site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Informational content only
The Site describes BLGG's services and its principal's professional experience. It is provided for general information and is not legal, regulatory, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. Using the Site or contacting us does not create a client relationship. Advisory services are provided only under a signed engagement agreement or statement of work, whose terms control that engagement.
Past results
Descriptions of past roles, programs and results reflect work Michael Brady led in prior executive positions and are shown to illustrate experience. They do not guarantee similar results, and named organizations do not endorse BLGG. Outcomes of any engagement depend on the client's decisions, resources and circumstances.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, text and the BLGG name and mark belong to Brady Leadership & Governance Group LLC. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, modify, republish or use the content commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Text messaging terms
BLGG Client Communications is a text messaging program for clients, prospective clients and engagement stakeholders who have opted in. By opting in, you agree to the following:
- Messages: scheduling confirmations, meeting reminders, engagement updates and replies to your inquiries. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your engagement and requests.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. BLGG does not charge for text messages.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP, or email mike@michaelobrady.com or call +1 212-809-4428.
- Consent is optional: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any engagement or purchase.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: you must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLGG and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our text messages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability under a signed engagement agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
